Go beyond traditional volunteering and experience community-led development firsthand. SCN regularly hosts Leadership Weeks, Impact Immersion Weeks, Activation Weeks, and tailor-made learning journeys for corporate leaders, CSR teams, universities, volunteers, and changemakers.
Participants engage directly with communities, NGOs, social enterprises, and local leaders, combining hands-on contribution with deep insights into local realities, innovation, entrepreneurship, and systems change. Programs blend learning, reflection, knowledge exchange, and practical collaboration.
Beyond our Impact Immersion Weeks, we also design custom 5–10 day group learning experiences around topics such as migration, social entrepreneurship, community health, sustainable agriculture, systems change, and working effectively with vulnerable communities. Participants visit multiple NGOs and communities across Kenya, engage with local stakeholders, take part in guided reflection sessions, and contribute their own expertise through workshops and knowledge exchange.
